As I was cleaning out my jewelry box I began to noticed that I have somehow obtained a rather small collection of cameo pieces.

Now in general I find that my jewelry tends to lean towards the more romantic, more vintage styles.  So I guess it’s only natural that I would be drawn to cameo jewelry.

So this week I thought that it would be fun to try and wear most of my pieces and take little photographs to share with all of you!

Both of the earrings pictured are pretty much exactly the same.  But if you look closely, you can tell that the black cameo earrings (on the left) are slightly larger than the pink cameo earrings (on the right).

I love both of these necklaces for different reasons!  My good friend and I each purchased the pearl cameo necklace (on the left) many years ago.  Then the cameo necklace (on the right) was given to me by my sister as a Christmas present over 5 years ago…I still wear it every single week!

And while my cameo jewelry may not be “real,” in the sense that they aren’t true one of a piece carvings, they are non the less special to me for different reasons.
