I always fine it so impressive that I can spend so much $$$ at Sephora and walk away with so little.  It’s like some sort of sick magic trick that happens every single time I walk up to the cash register.  And yet I allow to happen over and over again. :)

Well luckily this last trip I didn’t do too much damage, but I still find it funny that 3 very tiny items (that are totally and completely necessary in my life…ya right) cost me $75.

So I’ve had dark circles under my eyes ever since I could remember.  Your girl has seriously been deprived of sleep, either that or it’s genetics…most likely the latter.  But I am always looking for the newest and greatest concealers on the market.

So when I heard that MAKE UP FOR EVER came out with a new Ultra HD Concealer (one being a color corrector and the other being a concealer) I knew I had to give it a try.  To counter balance the green undertones I got matched with red color corrector R22 and for the concealer color I got matched with one of their fairest shades Y21.

 

I can’t wait to start using these concealers!  I heard that they do NOT settle into the fine lines and that they don’t look cakey!  So we shall see if they live up to all the hype.

Now I’ve tried the whole liquid lipstick trend, and to be honest, it’s not my thang.  I cannot stand that super dry-tight feeling on my lips…if you’ve ever seen my chapstick collection, you would understand, lol.  So when I stumbled upon the SMASHBOX Be Legendary Matte Lipsticks and all the pretty colors, I decided to give Mauve Matte color a try.

Sorry I don’t have a picture or swatch of the actual color, but believe me it is so pretty!  I can already tell that I will be purchasing more of these Smashbox Matte Lipsticks.  They are highly pigmented, look matte, but aren’t overdrying…the totally remain creamy.
