I was recently wandering the cosmetic aisles at Target and happened across the new Revlon Lash Potion mascara. I was immediately drawn in by the fun colorful packaging and decided to give it a try as a new bottom lash mascara.
Now I am not sure if Revlon makes a waterproof version of this mascara, but they weren’t carrying it at the Target I was at. So I ended up just purchasing the “001 Blackest Black.”
Now I have used this mascara a handful of times and unfortunately non waterproof mascara isn’t really my thing. I tend to rub my lower lashes quite a bit and found that there was a pretty visible dark ring left by the mascara. Also the wand isn’t tapered, so it was hard to get those inner corner lashes.
I really did like fact that this mascara formula contains strengthening proteins, amino acids and vitamins and I also like the volume and thickness it gave to my bottom lashes…but I can’t stand that mascara ring. Hopefully they will start making a waterproof version soon!

A Whimsical Tale of Wanderlust 
There is a waterproof version! I bought it on accident when I tested it out. I didn’t use it on my bottom lashes, but it made my top ones super long. It doesn’t give any volume, though, which is what I prefer.
