Well its official ladies and gentlemen…I have caught my first Fall cold. Joy.
All that to say, I have been combating this cold with the following:
1.) Warm Scarves and Sweaters. I instantly feel more comfortable and cozy when wearing large sweaters & scarves when I am sick. My family has made fun of my a few times as I have been known to do this in the summer months as well!
2.) Hot cups of tea. Definitely helps with dry soar throats.
3.) Candles. There is something about having a Fall spice-y candle burning that makes me immediately feel better.
Now I am off to drink my weight in Nyquil and hope that I will be able to get enough sleep to go into work tomorrow!
